We’re pleased to announce the handover of this project — and we’re beyond excited with the end result. Tenant feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive, a testament to the quality of the design and construction.
The next step is securing tenants for all rooms and finalising the valuation. Early projections suggest we’ve created approximately $800,000 in unrealised profit, with $60,000 per year in positive cash flow expected once fully leased.
