Great news—our project at 88 Gawain Road, Bracken Ridge has now reached the lock-up stage! The structure is fully enclosed, with external walls, roof, windows, and doors all in place. This is a huge milestone that brings us even closer to completion.
✅ Structure Fully Enclosed – The house is now weatherproof and secure.
✅ Water, Sewer & Power Connected – All essential services are now in place.
✅ NBN Ready – High-speed internet provisions have been installed.
✅ Crossovers Completed – Driveways and access points are finalized.
✅ Titles Registered – The subdivision is officially complete, with separate titles already registered.
🔹 Internal Fit-Out – We’ll now move on to plastering, electrical, plumbing, and cabinetry installation.
🔹 Final Inspections & Compliance – Ensuring everything meets regulations before the final handover.
🔹 Landscaping & External Finishes – Driveway concreting, fencing, and final site clean-up.
